Sarah supported Phoebe & mum with a Gullivers land visit during the first week of November.
Phoebe is an absolute thrill seeker, she loves all the rollercoasters & her & Sarah went on all her favourites.
Sarah, our families community support worker is available to support our families however they need, this can be hospital appointments, form filling, fun days out or even 121 time in the families home with crafts & stories, there’s no boundaries to the support we offer, we adapt to each of the families we support!
