11th week Sarah supported Benjamin & mum with a round of golf at Volcano Falls - Xscape MK!
Benjamin absolutely loved it & was super happy with the “hole in one” celebrations
Sarah is our family community support worker, she’s based in the community supporting our families however they need. This could like a trip out or could be a trip to their home to support with form / filling & advice and then everything that falls in between these too, there really are no limits to the support we can offer.
All the support Sarah provides our families is fully funded by us
