At the start of July, Sarah spent some time with our beautiful Esmé.
She absolutely loves arts & crafts and luckily so does Esmé
Sarah has settled into her role of our family community support worker like a dream!

Sarah’s role is community based, supporting our registered families, support for every family looks different, it could be form filling, it could be a trip out, it could be story time, or a doctors appointment, it’s tailored to each family & their needs.
This post is just to thank Sarah for her incredible work since joining & to let her know that I massively appreciate her
